This complaint, Kelmendi, was made Friday when he attended the Kosovo Judicial Council Conference “the judges”, reports “Justice Vow”.
During his word, U.D. Chief Prosecutor Kelmendi has cited the challenges of the prosecutorial system, in particular those related to the budget sharing by executive and legislative power to have a functioning and efficient prosecutorial system, under which the prosecutor's disproportionates have stressed that as a result of failing to eliminate budgetary requirements to increase the number of prosecutors and support staff would come to the inability of holding judicial hearings within legal terms, due to the disproportional number of prosecutors and judges<18x1>, it is said in the announcement of the Head Chief Office.
According to the announcement, Kelmendi has stressed the importance of co-ordination between the judicial system and the prosecutorial system, to ensure effective and reliable justice in the Republic of Kosovo.
The Kosovo Judiciary Council conference “Days of Judiciary” is organised with the support of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSBE), the Mission in Kosovo, where court judges in the Republic of Kosovo have participated on the second day of this court.
