Kelmendi in his post called “criminal organization” The Kosovo Special Prosecutor, after this latter has launched investigations into several contracts negotiated at this public company, which their value is close to 20m euros.
Apparently it wasn't enough for Kelmendi.
That's after he wrote again via a Facebook post.
He asked the prosecution to prove that she is not caught by powerful groups, giving her some lessons on the case of signing the agreement between Telekom and Z-Mobile.
Kelmendi said as long as it doesn't explain whether this case has been investigated, as he says it cannot be convinced that the prosecution is caught.

If the Special Prosecutor found the time yesterday to deal with my posts and make a long response, then the same for evidence that it is not captured by powerful criminal groups must come up and reason on the following issues:
1. Why did he close the investigation for the following case?
2. The prosecutor's reasoning on closing the investigation in this case is called at Article 82: 1.5 of the Penal Code (so under other circumstances), the prosecution has to explain what are they “surround”?
3. And the prosecution is also summoned to Article 4 of the Penal Code, this undersumptions closure of the investigation into cases where they were once tried. The prosecution needs to explain whether it was part of the 2017 criminal evaluation agreement between Telekom and Zmobile? If so, then should you explain when the signers of this deal were investigated and tried?
Through this deal, Dardafon received minimal service at 10.4. It's a million dollars from Telekom without any compensation, which he's then sold to his clients.
As long as it doesn't explain these issues and it doesn't open any investigation into this case, then how the hell do I know this prosecutor isn't captured by powerful criminal groups?
I'm not against the Special Prosecutor, I'm willing to help this prosecutor at any time, I'm able to offer my professional assistance without any compensation.
I hope the media can take the liberty of making news of this post in hopes that this faces the eyes and ears of the Special Prosecutor.
I realized that the media might lose the source of funding, but the media should understand that they exist to pressure organs that don't do their job, the media don't exist just to provide funding sources.
