Blast in Iber-Lepenci channel, Mitrovica drinking water returns

Kosovo police today have arrested eight suspects and seized weapons, including explosives, following a wide operation in the north over the explosion in the Iber-Lepenci channel, which was designated as a terrorist attack.

The city of Mitrovica was left without drinking water all day.

But right now, CRU Mitrovica has announced to citizens that water supply has returned and that it will be with reduced capacity.

Water supply will first reach consumers who find themselves low and gradually reach high levels of collective residences.

We urge consumers to use water as rationally as possible so that the network can be filled with drinking water as fast as possible and that allows everyone to have access to the water of drink.
