Pristina Deputy Chairman Alban Zogaj has visited the Austrian Embassy in Brussels, with whom he met Claude Bender and Dr. Franz Schausberger, who is a prominent Austrian politician and historian, former governor of Salzburg (1996-2004) and currently chairman of the European Regions Institute.
He is also a deeply experienced expert on EU enlargement issues and strengthening European regions, serving as a special adviser to the Balkans and Ukraine near the European Commission.
“We discussed the importance of regional co-operation and opportunities to deepen ties between Kosovo and Austria in the context of European developments. A special thanks goes to the Austrian Embassy for its hospitality and support in building new co-operation bridges between our countries”, Zogaj wrote on Facebook.
