Avdullah Hoti: Kosovo to get new government without VV

I don't believe anyone can have a positive perception of what the country is like, what it is like in the process of dialogue on foreign policy and other processes. But people are first looking into their own pocket in the budget of their own family, everyone knows how much there was in the past and how much there is today. The foreign minister's posts that were made public during this time are unacceptable and dishonor Kosovo.
