Agriculture Minister Faton Peci, among the many scandals, was released yesterday with contracts of how he had allocated 100 thousand euros to VV MP Victory Pacolli.
But besides brother of Victory Pacolli, we cannot dismiss the possibility that Faton Peci has rewarded any “acraba” with grants.
All of this because the Ministry of Agriculture does not disclose the names of the grants beneficiaries, but it only presents them with an identification number. Thus, it is not known who the grants are.
With this practice, Pec has violated Law No.08/L72, Article 17 points 5.
So, by law, the ministry is charged that whoever wins grants, the main information of the grant beneficiary is published.

Agriculture Minister Faton Peci Yesterday he published a veil that leads to the grant beneficiary list.
The ongoing Periscope brings you the practice that by law past powers published the data of grants beneficiaries by 2019 and how Minister Peci now publishes them.
Until 2019, in addition to the farmer's identification number, the beneficiary's Name/Mover both was published, the name of the project, the municipality, the region, the assessment, the approved amount and the value of public support.

Now the Agriculture Ministry does not publish the beneficiary's name and surname, only the name of the project and the identification number.

In contrast, today the decision was made that Faton Peci had rejected the Fahrije Hoti project, which had applied to Agricultural Cooperative “Krusha” with the “Makiner Line Manager for Processing and Conservation”.
