Arresting suspects in KFOR attacks during protests in Zvecan, prosecution details

The Special Prosecutor has announced that after conducting several months of investigation into co-operation with the Kosovo Police today, a M.D. person in the Mitrovica region has been arrested for conducting several criminal acts. Earlier, Kosovo police had confirmed that he suspected the May 29th riots in Zvecan, where 93 soldiers [...] were injured.

The prosecution said he was suspected of committing criminal acts “Union of activities against constitutional activity”; “Re-respecting persons under international protection”; “Partnership in the crowd performing criminal work and hooliganism”; “Attack on the official person”
The same with the State Prosecutor's decision by the Special Prosecutor has been banned for 48 hours and will continue with necessary investigative actions.
