VV MP Fjolla Ujcan has criticised the Ministry of Justice in connection with the Civil Project.
She has suggested that the ministry, which is headed by Albulen Haxhiu, has done no good work with this code.
In an interview for the interactive “ ” KTV's show, Wolfani has said the justice ministry has had to analyse the code in detail and make consensus within the ruling party's Parliamentary Group.
“This draft code has come from the Ministry of Justice, and Haxhiu has said he has spent too much energy to pass this projectod and has not passed. This issue should also be seen in terms of population composition, what they think they believe in. If we take a comparison with the countries in the region, who implemented it before us? What alternative has been given to your getting out of this problem? Any success or failure is billed to the ministry of the line.
