This is because unknown persons have blown up some cars' tires, including those with Serbian signs, and have also placed instincts in a KLA monument.
The deputy director of the Kosovo Police for the north, Veton Elshani, has said the situation is now calm until it has provided details about the case.
Some tires have exploded, and even paper stickers have been placed on a September of the KLA. There's about 10 people assembled and then we've stepped in and spread out. Police are dealing with the case”, Elshani said.
