Pensions will increase by October, while war categories will begin in January 2025.
“Starting in October 2024, we will raise 20 per cent of all pensions as follows: basic age pension, full and monetary retirement, child-retirement pension and increased pension, pension for blind persons, pension for paraplegic and tetraplegic persons, family retirement, labour pension and early retirement for Trepca workers. Meanwhile, between January 2025 and January will increase 20 per cent of the pensions stipulated by the law on war categories, the families of martyrs, disabled, veterans, members of the KLA, victims of sexual violence of war, civil victims and their families” respectively, Kurti said.
