Shala: Reserves are classified as secret, procedures and actions that are without legal basis

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP (PDK) Ferat Shala has voiced strong criticism of Prime Minister Kurti's government on the issue of state reserves.

During a presentation to “Debat Plus”, Shala stressed that procedures for purchasing state reserves are classified as secret by the government without legal grounds and that planned reserves are not provided in time, in quality or quantity.

“The issue of reserves is also publicly known. Reserves are classified as secret, procedures and actions that are completely without legal basis. In addition to the matter of storing the warehouses for others, the prime minister has not needed to issue a provisional decision to bribe the purchase procedure as a state secret. There are two illegal decisions of the prime minister... the other problem is that the reserves have come neither in quantity, nor in quality, nor in time, even some of it has not come at all” He said.
