Serbia's Army chief talks with KFOR security commander in Kosovo

Serbia's Defence Ministry said in a communiqué that Mojsilovic said at the meeting with Ulutasin that the security situation in Kosovo “is still unstable and sensitive, which is largely contributed to Kosovo's unilateral and provocative” movements.
Mojsilovqi claimed that the decisions of Kosovo authorities “ultimately aim at changing the ethnic structure” north of Kosovo.
Serbia is angered by last months' decisions by Kosovo authorities about closing Serb parallel institutions in the Serb majority-inhabited north of Kosovo.
