The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo reports that Mr. Sadik Duraku, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo and Great Britain, who was arrested on April 17th 2024 at the Croatia-Serbia border crossing in Batrovci, on alleged war crimes charges during the period of war in Kosovo in 1999. ”
MPJD has said it will continue to follow such cases closely, while also announcing the international community “around Serbian arbitrary and destructive actions that clash with international human rights conventions”.
