Selmanaj: Prosecutor Must Investigation AKI, Not Journalists

Selmanaj has described the launch of investigations into two journalists as scandalous, as his investigation would have to begin against AKI officials due to doubts about their involvement in the release of news by Slobodna Bosna.

“Investigation of journalists Vehbi Kaitazi and Freedom Mehmetaj with claims of “detection” of the identity of AKI agents is scandalous both in form and in content. In terms of form, it's unprecedented how the Intelligence Agency complains to the prosecution that journalists have discovered an agent's identity, which in other cases these are self-discovered, because proudly at the oda and different parties they themselves testify that they work in AKI or AKI. For the content, it's disgusting, because this investigation into Caitazi and Mehmetaj links with the exposure of the AKI implications to the news of the Bosnia and Herzegovina-based medium Slobodna Bosna, who reported on allegedly financing two Kosovo portals from Serbia. And that eventually it was proven that RTK had committed flagrant wrongdoing, referring to scandalous and ordered writings. Instead of launching investigations into AKI, the prosecution launches investigations into journalists! ”, it says in Selmanaj's Facebook post.

According to Selmanaj, freedom and democracy should prevaluate on any totalitarian and Bolsevic efforts by Albin Kurti.

If there is little professionalism, integrity and constitutional patriotism, whether in AKI or in the Founding Prosecutor, stop these adventures urgently and make a decision to stop the investigation, you have not done irreversible damage to the country's freedom and democracy.
