Selmanaj: One of the most counterproductive legislatures in the history of parliamentarians in Kosovo is current

MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo ranks Driton Selmanaj has indicated that the current legislature is the least productive legislature in the history of parliamentarians in Kosovo.

He adds that because of this, many laws have collapsed, questions have not been heard, and other things.

The place isn't that dysfunctional, or that there's no efficiency in the last few days, I think this whole legislature has been inefficient. The Assembly has failed to carry out its constitutional mandate”, Selmanaj said.

“We have passed laws with a number perhaps the largest in the history of parliamentarians, but have been toppled by the Constitutional Court. Parliamentary questions lose meaning because it waits for months and the current minister does not come and answer”.

“So I think this legislature is one of the most counterproductive legislations in the entire history of parliamentarians in Kosovo”, the MP said at “DPS at Fidan”.
