Survey indicates that Harris leads 46% among eligible voters, while Trump has received 43%.
Harris' chairmanship in the six-day survey, which closed on Monday, differed slightly from its 45% advantage to 42% on Trump in a Reuters/ Ipso conducted a week ago, strengthening the view that the race is extremely close with only two weeks ahead of the November 5th elections.
The new survey showed that voters have a dim view of the state of economy and migration, and they generally favour Trump's approach to these issues.
About 70% of registered voters said their cost of living was on the wrong track, while 60% said the economy was going in the wrong direction, and 65% said the same about immigration policy.
Voters also said the economy and immigration -- along with threats to democracy -- were the country's most important problems.
