Removing restrictions on goods from Serbia, Rohde: Important step towards unlocking CEFTA

German Ambassador to Kosovo Jorn Rohde has welcomed the Kosovo government's decision to change security measures for products entering from Serbia through the Merdar border point.

Rohde through a post on the social network “X”, has said this marks an important step towards unlocking CEFTA.

As he adds that Kosovo will have full support for the safety of processes at the border point.

“we welcome the Kosovo Government's decision to open the Merdare border point for goods coming from Serbia. This marks an important step towards unlocking CEFTA. We will support Kosovo to ensure the fulfillment of security needs and monitoring processes at the border point --” has written Rohde.
