The chairman of the Kosovo Assembly has rejected this request, as he has said, does not allow the Kosovo Assembly Rule because it cannot change the agenda.
“There's no chance of such a debate because I'm not allowed by the powder order. We've agreed on a new agenda at the chairmanship meeting as a compromise. I'm giving you my word to parliamentary groups...”, he said among other things.
