Bytyqi, accompanied by police officials, is seen descending from a Kosovo Police Car and accompanied within the Ministry of Environment, Paparaci reports.
He is suspected of involvement in the case of the pardoning of debts of water-morning companies.
On Tuesday, Kosovo police are conducting raids at several locations, including the Ministry of Environment.
