The Kosovo Prosecutors' Association strongly condemns threats directed at Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren Petrit Kryeziu.
In the association's response, this act of threat, through social networks, reportedly constitutes an unacceptable effort to intimidate and weaken the country's institutions of justice and security.
“This is not just an attack on an individual, but a direct challenge to constitutional order and the legal state.” ) is said further in the statement.
“The Prosecutors' Association firmly condemns any attempt to undermine the activity of justice, remembering that these threats will not affect our undeterred commitment and efforts to protect the law and ensure justice for all Kosovo citizens. These shameful acts are directed not only against Chief Prosecutor Kryeziu but also against all those who work in the function of justice and security in the country.” ʹ reportedly in response.
