The prosecution seeks Bedri Krasniqi's sentence for running against Shkoumbin Mehmet, accused says he accepts any court verdict

Prosecutor Ardiana Veselini during the final address demanded the conviction of accused Bedri Krasniqi for having fled to Shkumbi Mehmet, meanwhile, Krasniqi himself said he would accept the court's decision however it decides.

Similarly, the prosecutor Wessel delivered the final written word and briefly relaxed the same.

Also, the prosecutor said that the self-damaged Mehmeti through the statement given in court has been said that any words stated by the accused Krasniqi have sounded like threatening.

Meanwhile, Krasniqi in his final address said that, however, the tribunal will assess that decision and that he will not file a complaint against it.

Likewise, Krasniqi said his face might look harsh and that he would like to be beautiful like singer Bleero.

The accused Krasniqi, in the final address, also cited football coach Faruk Statovci, but the court judge Sabit Krasniqi demanded that the same focus on the criminal procedure and clarify how he feels.

I think in this case there's evidence and because of attacks on two decades of political lynching that I have done, the prosecution doesn't hesitate anymore. In equal cases another person would be guilty, but I still don't mind why I'm accused. Over 20 years I'm nostop with the indictment, even though I'm convicted, I'm not having a reserve indictment”, Krasniqi said.

Afterwards, Krasniqi said that despite the court's decision, he has respect for the judge and demanded that the decision be compiled in writing as soon as possible

Afterward, Judge Sadiki declared the trial final.

Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on October 31st 2019, on April 18, 2019, on the road from the Podujevo High Security Prison in Gerdoc, in Pristina, now accused Bedri Krasniqi with the intention of intimidation or causing anxiety, has allegedly injured Shrummbim Mehmeti during his shipment to the Palace of Justice in Hyvali.

Following the indictment, the defendant said “it is better to take care of your family, and not to engage in other jobs”, hinting at his failure to testify to the accused in the criminal case of serious murder, and it is said that the accused has seriously concerned the injured person that he will deprive himself of life or that he will cause serious bodily injury to any member of the family.

With that, Krasniqi is accused of committing criminal work “Canosja” by Article 181, par.2 of the Penal Code, where the perpetrators are fined or sentenced until a year. /Betimy for Justice
