The Special Prosecutor has made a decision to expand the investigation into the case of water bottlers. 

In the published defendant's decision, it turns out to be Minister of the Environment Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Libran Aliu.

According to the document, Minister Lieburn Aliu allegedly over the period, during the year 2021-2024 in the quality of the official person -- that is, as minister -- with the aim of obtaining the kung fu of wealth for himself or others and causing damage to the budget of the Republic of Kosovo -- has misused the official position.

He is allegedly aware that the officials of this ministry indicted Izedin Bytyqi of Naser Hafizi acted in full opposition to rules, procedures and laws concerning calculating debts.
