Two people dead while two others are in serious condition, this is the balance so far of the massacre that took place on the afternoon of this Wednesday in Dobrac, Shkodra.
Two people, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, were traveling to the luxury Benz vehicle, as they crossed Dobrac, they were cut off from another vehicle that fired Kalashnikov.
Lici and Bushat have tried to escape more than 100 meters until they crashed. According to information coming from police at the moment they tried to avoid bullets they crashed into a vehicle where two random passersby traveled. Unfortunately, this confrontation has cost a woman her life while her husband is in a hospital in serious health.
Hamza Lici has lost his life on the scene, while Bushati is in serious condition at the Shkodra hospital.
Police announcement:
Around 15:50, on road axis “Shkoder-Coplik”, in Dobrac, was shot at with firearms in the direction of a Benz-type vehicle in motion, with which citizens H. L. and A. B.
As a result of the shooting, citizen H. L., and seriously injured citizen A. B.
