Police spokesman for the Pec region, Driton Rugova, has confirmed that the two suspects for the attack have been arrested.
“Today around 0850, Bill Clinton Street, was attacked by two suspected Peja Community Chairman who has suffered bodily injuries, suspects have been arrested.
By order of the State Attorney, suspects are detained for 48-hour”, Rugova said of Periscope.
