And this document shows how the next company that submitted applications for this tender offered a markedly more favourable price

The company “3P Sh. P.K. Ahmet Krasniqi 254”, also with headquarters in Pristina, offered the price of 233 euros and 40 cents for performing these services.

And when the first complaints were filed over the process of offering this tender, Minister Gervala had said he had been informed that the issue regarding this operator had been resolved.

This company's contract was terminated yesterday. That's because he failed to offer the services he promised him by contract.
