Murati claims that the Development Bank “is becoming reality”

Finance Minister Iron Murati, through a videotape, has claimed that the Development Bank had been one of Vetevendosje's leading officials for this mandate “is becoming reality”.

Murati said that in Washington he has talked to the World Bank for the Development Bank to be established in Kosovo.

The Development Bank is becoming reality!

One of the topics discussed with the World Bank during the annual meetings in Washington DC was their opportunity to support the establishment of the Kosovo Development Bank.

World Bank support is provided to come under the Kosovo financial sector advancement project, which is expected to total around 50m euros.

The Development Bank will enable the financing of development projects, as well as support of strategic sectors such as renewable energy, production and export, agriculture, etc.
