Ministry of Finance: High and secondary education workers in the municipality of the Year were executed wages

According to the Ministry of Finance, the wages of September month in the municipality of the Year have failed to take over primary and middle education workers.

“For the mayor's office, administration and other software system has made payment executions, but not for primary and middle education programmes, because the municipality has not been assured that there is enough budget for” in the two programmes, the report says.

Kosovo's treasury, further points to the Ministry of Finance, has long announced municipalities, which are “faced with this problem to make corrections and adjustments necessary to ensure enough budgets for the execution of the September month's wages, and all municipalities have done it in addition to one and”.

The only community that has not made this adjustment, according to the Ministry of Finance is Vitia, which has left primary and medium education programmes without enough budget for the execution of September salaries.

In order to enable the execution of wages for all municipality employees, the Treasury has repeatedly sent announcements to the municipality of the Year, including yesterday, which has been given the opportunity all day long, waiting for them to make the arrangements needed to secure enough budget for full execution of”.

However, according to the Ministry of Finance, the officials of the municipality of the Year have not reflected, which means that when “has been executed on wages today, the automatism system has refused executions for programs that do not have enough to budget”.

Aware of the employee situation and the need to accept their salary, the Ministry of Finance has suggested that it is ready whenever the Year's Community makes the necessary adjustments and secures the sufficient budget, “make a re-execution of wages only for these two programs”.
