The Progress Report stresses that to receive this financial support, Kosovo will be conditioned with the fulfillment of certain preconditions, including constructive engagement in normalising reports with Serbia with the aim of fully implementing all agreements that come out of the Ohrid Agreement, the Impulation Annex and old dialogue agreements.
Kosovo can benefit from an indicator of 882m euros, which will be channeled through an Agent Reform that covers key reforms in five policy areas: governance, public administration reform and public financial management; green and digital transition; private sector development and business environment; human capital development; and the fundamentals of the law.
The desource of Union support will be conditioned to meet the preconditions, including for Kosovo and Serbia, constructive engagement in normalising their relations with the aim of fully implementing all their respective obligations stemming from the Agreement on the Road to Normalisation and Implementation, Annex and all past Dialogue Agreements and engaging in negotiations on the comprehensive normalisation of relations<0>, It says in the report.
