On August 14, 2022, The KEDS had announced that on 15 August, reductions, 6 hours of electricity and 2 hours of restrictions would begin.

And the phone call with Verdho appears to have been done, since the very day the reductions had begun, the economy ministry had announced that the regular energy supply had returned thanks to co-operation with Albania's Electronic Corporation.
