“On the 22nd anniversary of the macabre murder of the first hours of the national issue, we remember and honour the figure of the LDK's great activity and former Suhareka leader Uke Bytycin.
On Kosovo's journey to freedom, independence and democracy, Bytyci was always at the front, defending the threshold of the house. He was a prominent patriot and devoted activist; a permanent warrior and a close associate of historic President Ibrahim Rugova. With the establishment of the LDK, he and his fellow citizens established the LDK branch in Suhareka by which he stands out in his multi-year leadership.
With an extraordinary will and dedication, it also contributed to democratic governance at the local level in Suhareka, being mayor of the municipality.
Suhareka's evangelizing chairman, Uke Bytyci, remains an identifying figure of the Democratic League of Kosovo, as a man of high human value, courageous and, above all, very modest.
Glory to Uke Bytych's life and work! ”
