The Kusari butterfly, a media lawyer, is closely following the process of electing the new RTK director. Kusari has been present today at the RTK board meeting, and as soon as she left, he said the competition for selecting the RTK director would fail because that's how the Vetevendosje Movement decided and planned.
She, she has provided details of the implementation planning, showing how board members wanted to leave “guilt on”, the legal official, and other political games that took place during the meeting.
Full Posting:
The competition for RTK director is a failed competition because that's how the Vetevendosje Movement and Kismet plan with the help of members, and some board members will emerge.
The remaining members of the board are in a pitiable position: they have to cancel the competition but in such a way as not to be very publicly distinguished and not to be exposed to what level they have fallen.
So they decided tonight to postpone the decision on whether the envelopes should be opened after the poor plan to instill responsibility in the legal official failed. For their failure to open the envelopes in time, so three days after the competition ended, some board members for fear of public exposure were looking to you tonight by the legal official what to do with you market and asking for interpretations. It remains unclear what interpretations were required since they changed their minds every time they opened their mouths to talk.
The legal officer is very professional, told: law and regulation is clear, it is your competence as a board to decide and you must decide for yourself.
The board is trying to calculate the political calculations for the failure of the competition for the director's position to wear as if the legal official. This weary wind, but too tired, to be called to rule the law of breaking the law is a tiresome force.
Serbian member Radojica, in full compliance with the will of power, proposed that the competition be cancelled. The mayor refused to vote for the reasons she knows, but so do we, I believe, and she passed it quietly, ignoring the whole concrete proposal.
What happens is this:
In the next meeting, there's going to be pieces of blah, that's for nothing, they're going to file charges against each other as they started tonight, they're going to blame the legal officer, and finally when everyone's tired, they're going to do the next shameful act, canceling the competition for director under political order. There can be no fair and legal process, nor the opening of the candidates' envelopes when all the deadlines are deliberately violated. So there's a delay in aborting, but there's no question of this process.
Next, a few words about the reports I heard tonight...
