Milan Radoici has had a key role in convincing two deputies of the Serbian List, representatives of non-Serb communities, Adem Hoxha goran and Fadil Gashi Roma, to vote for the election of Vjosa Osman to the presidential post. Both acknowledge Radojic's determining role in the vote. They agree that Prime Minister Kurti asked them to go to the session, reports Paparacy.
A day before Vjosa Osmani was elected president, two MPs from the Serbian List Parliamentary Group received Milan Radojici's <x0min” to vote in favour of her election.
These two deputies are Ademi Hoxha and Fadil Gashi, representatives of the non-Serb communities, part of the Serbian List Parliamentary Group.
Hoxha and Gashi were two of the four deputies who participated and voted in the election session of Vjosa Osmani president on Sunday, April 4th, 2021, a day after the vote had failed in two separate attempts.
To participate in the session and vote for Osman, after a call and meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, they openly admit that they received permission from Milan Radoici, the incumbent and then deputy chairman of the Serbian List. Radociq, at the time, was on the run by Kosovo authorities as suspected of the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.
In two interviews with Paparaci, the two MPs representing non-Serb communities testify to the setbacks of the events on April 4th, the meeting with Prime Minister Kurti, and Milan Radociqi's determining role in the vote of President Osmani.
The testimony of two Serbian List GP deputies shows that Radoici has had a key role in their maneuvers on the day of the vote, and on the preliminary day.
Initially, MPs Hoxha and Gashi claim that by order of the Serbian List they had not attended the first session of Vjosa Osmani's vote for president, in which the two attempts for the state chief's election failed.
Both MPs show that, on the order of Milan Radojici, they had participated and voted for the election of Osman president on the following day.
“I as the only Gorani party am in the group in the Serbian List, we have very good communication and co-operation, we have consulted and the attitude was not to go to the Parliament, which was, on the first day...”, MP Adem Hoxha admits. “I personally asked the chairman of the group (the parliamentary group), Igor Singleness, and the stance was not to go to”.
The performance of Unic Gorane Party MP at the session the following day preceded a call with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, he claims.
This was the first day, and the first day I wasn't in the country. After a while, I'm in the village, my phone's ringing, I mean. At around 11 am, we can prove it, Prime Minister Albin Kurti...” says MP Hoxha.
The call with Kurt was short.
“asked me to come tomorrow to call the Assembly meeting and support President Vjosa Osmani, we talked..”, Hoxha says.
MP Hoxha claims that during the telephone conversation with Kurti, he has expressed a will for support of institutions and that he has informed the prime minister that he first needs to consult with Radociqi.
I'm with Prime Minister Kurti. As I said before, the goran community has never been about blocking institutions, we've always supported the functioning of institutions, and we've shown that in many cases, and we've agreed to see each other tomorrow, but I told him that we should first consult the Serbian List, namely the deputy head of the Serbian List, Milan”, Hoxha explains.
In brief, the MP said Radojcicin briefed him on the call with Kurt.
I called him, explained to him that the prime minister had called me.. ..”, Hoxha concluded, who and his colleague, Fadil Gashi, would be appointed for Osman's presidential vote.
On Sunday, April 4th, before the start of the session for the election of President Hoxha and Gashi would be hosted at a meeting by Kurti. The meeting resulted from the reconciliation that was reached in the earlier day's telephone conversation.
Adem Hoxha was the man in contact with Radochiqi. Fadil Hoxha followed him. That's what Rachel said she ordered him.
MP Gashi recalls that on the day of the president's vote, he had received an invitation from MP Adem Hoxha to go to the assembly for a meeting with the prime minister.
On April 4th, Sunday, the hearing was at 5 a.m., called me Adam Hoxha, my colleague, and told me that Fadil could we meet at the Kosovo Assembly, where we're meeting Adam, we've entered Mr. Kurt, to the prime minister and we talked to him, and at 6 o'clock we landed in the Assembly Hall”, the deputy Gashi recalls.
After the meeting, they show that they had come down to the hall and voted for Osman president.
Gashi says the order had come from Radovici.
My colleague Adam Hoxha has talked to Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radojic...”, says MP Gashi. I repeat, I haven't talked to him [with Radocicin, v.j], Adam Hoxha has spoken to him even... I am the first deputy... and as Mr. Ranovici.. Consult Adam, Adam Hodza, and so did”.
Last Wednesday, New Kosovo Alliance MP Behgjet Pacolli said that Vjosa Osmani's election to the president's position has spoken on the phone with Radojchi in the presence of Osman himself and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
He said an MP was fished in this phone conversation for her vote, and practically it was achieved. He referred to MP Adem Hoxha.
I've had a call with Mr. Radojciq one day before the President's election, that's what President and Prime Minister Albin Kurti know, because the call was made in their presence. It's a call like that because I can't lie, it's a rain for an MP to be found, and there's a fish and an MP practically”, Pacolli said of Tv 1.
Pacolli claims this is a call made with the knowledge of Osman and Kurt.
However, these statements have rejected the office of prime minister.
Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu, in a statement to the media last week, said this statement is not true.
Absolutely false. There is no case in which MP Pacolli has communicated with Radociqi in the presence or in the knowledge of Prime Minister Kurti, much less at his request”, the government spokesman said.
82 deputies had attended the Kosovo Assembly session on April 4th, 2021, the day of the election of Vjosa Osmani to the post of president. At the previous day's session of Osman presidential voting, the quota of 80 deputies had not been reached. 78 MPs had participated in the session.
On Sunday, the election of Osman president had also gone to the session by MPs Adelina Granica, former PDK President and Albena Resiti, former AAK files.
