Ad Krasta brings to Kosovo the model of political party tapes, VVU's Gervala and proposes at RTK's Board

The Kusari butterfly, media jurist today, has been present at the RTK board meeting, and as soon as it got out of it, it says it has been <x0ndronized by what it heard at the meeting.

Kusari said the director RTK's Relind Grovalla has decided to bring the model of tapes to Kosovo.

According to Gervala, this will happen because of the inability to cover all political parties' activities during the election campaign.

Tonight at the meeting of the VV funder and then television director Riley Grovala informed us that he has made a decision to use the model of Albania's Casseva in Kosovo (alo my friends in Albania, yes, yes, the truth is, it's not a joke).

So Gervalla said that since it's electoral prefundancies and RTK can't possibly cover all political activities, we opened an email and we're going to look for (or we've asked because we didn't write it clearly in notes) from political parties to bring ready materials, and we're going to broadcast it by balancing them.

I don't believe what I heard. I was deeply shocked by this information.

This approach in Albania is called the Casta material, where first political parties then the institutions have prepared materials and sent ready to televise with tapes, now send them with wetransfer. This practice is so developed that parties and institutions have dozens of departments if not hundreds of people producing propagandistic material and therefore never have press conferences.

This dangerous, frightening initiative has created very dangerous precedents that will follow other televisions, enable powerful parties financially with better presentations, save candidates and politicians from accountability, and RTK will become a propaganda tool.

I sincerely hope that such a thing will not be allowed. Addy Krasta knows the danger and he has to stop this idea before he goes and if he approves it would be his bad legacy.

And last of these days, I've been given access to software scheme, a scheme that many journalists possess in RTK. Whoever wants access to this notice and therefore it's not a confidential document and has the interest of the public to discuss the pre-accession schemes.

As far as I understand from this scheme, because it's not an easy document to understand, most important television figures will be removed and replaced. The scheme deliberately does not have the names of journalists that an earthquake occurs. Those who are distance from RTK's propaganda and Slobodna Bosnes seem to be fun but to see and expect the reactions of journalists themselves.
