Kosovo's Serbian passports brokers, released by Serbia's Co-ordination Directorate, can now travel visa-free to EU countries after the visa-free arrangement, which was published in the EU Official Journal on 23 September, has entered into force.

Danille Apostolovic, Serbia's ambassador to the EU, has said this is good news, because in his words, “eliminated injustice and the EU's discrimination against Serbs from Kosovo”, because they were the last of the Western Balkans to be defeated by the visa-free regime.
He has said the decision was the result of a diplomatic fight by Serbian officials.
“Sic, you know, the decomposing side rejected the adoption of this decision, with pointless “ “arguments, which once again showed infrastructiveness and above all inhuman attitude towards citizens and that their goal is not to normalize people's everydayity. Fortunately our side's arguments won”, Apostolovic said.
He has expressed his gratitude to Commissioner Ilda Johansson for Matjazh Nemec, who was reporting on the issue, as well as numerous European Parliament deputies who approved this decision by majority. Of them 406 voted for, 97 opposed, the Ambassador Apostolovic recalled.
On 18 September, in Strasbourg, representatives of the European Parliament (PE) and the Council of the European Union (BE) signed the visa removal law for Kosovo Serbs with passports issued by the Co-ordination Directorate of Serbia, which Kosovo describes as illegal.
