After a full investigative process, Kosovo Customs has dismissed five officials and degraded two others. This investigation identified evidence of abuse of office that led to these actions. All disciplinary actions are in line with domestic standards and are carried out with respect to the regular process, reconfirming that Kosovo Customs does not tolerate any form of abuse of office, which strengthens our commitment to transparency and accountability.
