The suspect was arrested by Regional Police in Gjilan and sent to the custody at the order of the State Prosecutor.
The arrested Kosovar is Shkodran Halili, about 23 years old, the signal reports.
Police, in co-ordination with the State Attorney, have taken necessary action to prevent the suspect after being notified by German state authorities.
The work Halili was arrested for was allegedly carried out in Germany.
To him, the prosecutor has ordered the police ban and the enterprise of necessary actions within the legal deadline.
“After receiving information from German authorities through official channels, and after the investigative action company, in 24.10.2024 the Kosovo male suspect has been arrested and the same after interviewing the prosecutor's decision has been sent to the detention. ”
The work the young man is allegedly engaged in criminal acts against sexual integrity.
According to the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, anyone who produces pornography with children either uses or includes the child for creation or for the production of living shows is sentenced to imprisonment of 5 to 15 years.
While anyone who sells, distributes, promotes, shows, broadcasts, offers, or makes pornography available for children, he is sentenced to jail terms of 3 to 10 years, as well as anyone who provides for himself or the other person or possesses child pornography, is fined, and sentenced to imprisonment of 1 to 5 years.
