Konjufca at the meeting with German MP calls Serbia's approach a threat to regional stability

Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has hosted German Bundestag deputy Peter Beyer today.

The release reportedly thanked the German MP for the visit, bringing to the attention Germany's irreplaceable role and contribution towards Kosovo.

“He said German state support for the Republic of Kosovo continues to have substantial importance, as well as stressed the need for the close partnership between the two countries to deepen increasingly, through co-operation and projects that are based on our common interest and values”, the report said.

The meeting also discussed economic, development and security issues.

Konjufca announced MP Peter Beyer with developments in currentity, naming Serbia's approach a threat to regional stability and development.

Also, conversationators discussed the role of the Kosovo diaspora in Germany as a very important liaison element and strengthening reports between the two countries.

German MP Peter Beyer thanked the Conjufef for the reception, expressing the need for ever closer co-operation between our countries, as well as stressing that the Republic of Kosovo will continue to have German support on its way to development, stability and integration.
