Jailing for Suspect Who Shot His Brother in Pristina

“The Founding Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has decided regarding the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure for defendant G. M, due to suspicion given that he committed a major murder offense. The preliminary procedure judge has approved as based on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of detention measure for defendant G .M. and the same have been assigned detention measures for a (1) month. ”
The court says they have estimated that the appointment of the detention measure is adequate and necessary because if the suspect is left in freedom there is the danger of his escape.
