She said she has issued several evacuation orders for people living in buildings in the southern suburbs of Beirut in the early hours of Wednesday.
Right now there are no reports of casualties.
Israel's Protection Forces launched a ground operation against Hezbollah targets named a US terrorist organisation in southern Lebanon on Tuesday.
The new attacks were carried out hours after Iran attacked about 180 Israeli missiles, in view of revenge for, as said, the murder of its allies in Lebanon.
Iran also warned “devastating attacks” if Israel responds.
