Ibishi for Milevan Stankovitch: Attacked our positions, so was he arrested- should I fondle him?

Witness Nuredin Ibishi has spoken of the arrest of a participating victim in the process, called Milevan Stankovic, who he said had attacked the Kosovo Liberation Army positions (UÇK) in Potok.

Initially, Laws said Stankoviqi was a forest guard when he was detained on August 2nd 1998 and that Nuredin Ibishi was present when he was sent to the ban, which was confirmed by the witness.

But the witness called it “a pure lie”, when the victim's defender said Ibishi and Stankoviqi had met at the witness brother's house after they had business relations.

He was very lucky to have saved”, Ibishi said, when asked to explain the situation.

Ibishi said Stankovqi had been arrested openly.

On the other hand, Laws said there was nothing else to consider when he said that they brought him there. Said it was about the fact that this person was arrested somewhere and was brought in and that the witness had shot the place.

Asked whether he was present when Stankovovic was arrested but is based on what soldiers have said he found in the forest and had arrested him.

Ibishi said he does not remember Stankovic's testimony at The Hague, but has probably followed in part.

But in Ibishi's question, Laws did not answer, but went on to read Stankovisk's statement, saying that when he arrived at that point, four armed men approached him, covered his eyes, and bound his hands behind his back.

The witness's answer was not heard when he was asked if he saw this piece of Stankovic's testimony.
