Hurricane Milton, the strongest in the last hundred years, struck Florida.
Although weakened by Category 5 in Catitarchy 2 on the eve of its arrival on the coast of Florida, the hurricane left devastating traces behind. More than a million people were evacuated.
The Tampa International Airport recorded steady winds of 93km/h to beat 150km/h.
Emergency services at Tampa County, Florida are temporarily suspended until it is safe to return to the field.
“We had to stop all services because it is very dangerous to send an ambulance to the road on these conditions, said the fire chief in Tampa, Barbara Tripp for CNN.
Some people are believed to have died from the tornado St. Lucia, as Hurricane Milton approached.
