The head of Paya was attacked yesterday by two people, all known so far

Last morning, the head of the Peja municipality, Gazmend Muhharrier, was physically attacked.

News of the Journal Express has confirmed Peja Foundation Prosecution spokesman Shkodran Nikci.

He said that in full co-ordination with police all necessary actions are being taken to clarify all the circumstances in this case.

And then there's been a lot of reactions. LDK chief Lumir Abdixhiku has said that Muhajer can neither stop nor fear him.

He has called on justice bodies to hold those who attacked him accountable.

They can't stop or scare him. This man is cooked differently! The justice organs give quick results and hold those responsible who, with the argument of violence and hatred, try to stop a free leader and a free man”, wrote Abdixhiku, as he published a photo with Muhajer.

And besides the partners, there have been reactions from other parties.

MP from the Vetendure Movement, Gramos Agusholl, has called this act ugly and treacherous.

He has called on the rule bodies to take necessary measures to bring the authors to justice.

Despite differences or disappointments, the safety and health of the city's mayor must be a priority for all”, Agusholli wrote.

And Minister of Government Management Elbert Krasniqi has called it a low and unacceptable act.

Krasniqi has said that justice should be put in place as soon as possible, and such actions should not be tolerated.

Candidate of PDK for Prime Minister Bedri Hamza, who is also chairman of Mitrovica, has reacted after the physical attack on head of Pec Gazmend Muharjer.

Hamza has demanded that the case be addressed and punished as soon as possible by rule institutions and law institutions.

Meanwhile, AAK chairman and former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has described the physical attack on Peja Mayor Gazmend Muharjeri as a weak act, today's physical attack on the head of Pec.

The response has also been made by Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca. He has said such an act is unacceptable in Kosovo society, which means and purposes only democracy.

The head of the Parliament has said that violence has never been a solution and has asked for organs to whiteen the event and provide deserved punishment.

“I condemn the attack on the head of the Peja municipality, Gazmend Mujarır, as an unacceptable act for our society that has only democracy for means and purpose. I wish him rapid healing and full health! Violence has never been a solution and will never take place because we are determined against it. I support the respective organs in their work for full dawning of the event and I call for justice organs to follow in full the case and the attackers to receive the due sentence”, Conjufca wrote.

Another reaction came from Agriculture Minister Faton Peci. He said violence is neither an option nor a solution, while condemning today's attack on Muharjer.

In our Kosovo, which is an excellent example of a democratic society, violence should not be accepted or tolerated”.

While the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has said such an attack is an attack not only on the institution of chairman, but also on the values of peace, democracy and the rule of law.

Osman has said that those responsible must answer to justice.

“President Osmani strongly condemns the attack on Peja Mayor Gazmend Muhharrier. This is an attack not only on the institution of the mayor but also on the values of peace, democracy and the rule of law. The responsible for this act must respond to justice”, president Osmani's media adviser has said.

Muhrami was visited yesterday by Obadiah. The first of the LDK has written that Mayor Muhharrier is stronger and more determined for his mission in the Peja leadership.

The LDK leader has called once again to take the necessary steps for responsible authors.

Dukagjin Kreveshi, attorney of the Peja municipality Mayor Gazmend Mujarır, has provided details concerning today's attack.

According to Krsveshi, Mujarrier has declared in the police that he believes the reason for the attack relates to his official work.
