Hard conjufca to the EU for Association: Can't get the powers of Kosovo. It's fair.

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has commented on international pressure for sending out the draft Association of Serb majority municipalities.

He, after the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship, said the European Union cannot take over competencies and decide for Kosovo.

According to him, this approach is discriminating and not fair.

” The EU has been able to access it or obtain permission. How long since this approach? You can accuse us of crawling, but it doesn't mean I get state powers. Not now we've lost a state authority. Can't the EU fuck off before the act committed”, Conjufca said.

“cannot, instead of Kosovo, acquire the European Union's competence. This means that the EU robs a Kosovo competence. Under current agreements Kosovo has this right to present. The EU can tell us you're late and we can say whether there was a deadline. Maybe we can accept criticism and delay, but it doesn't mean we get competence”.
