“in Gjilan, we were warmly hosted at the HaNDIOS association by its chairman Fatmir Shurhani, where I remained accompanied by the Alliance's chairman in Gjilan, Nazim Gagica and other colleagues. Meeting these wonderful, idea - filled people was very productive. Mr. Shurdhan briefed us on the situation of persons with special needs, including the legal aspect”, Haradinaj said.
According to him, it is unacceptable that this sensitive part of our society faces neglect by institutions.
The current “Law, as well as current pension and social schemes, does not reflect the improvement of citizens' lives nor the real cost of living, especially those who need the state's hand. Our programme envisions improving the legal base for people with special needs, as well as 50% growth in all pension and social schemes”, Haradinaj has indicated.
He has pledged that after February 9th they will build a Kosovo that cares for everyone.
