It's the first time. that public sector wages don't come up in time. All without responsibility is being delivered to the Ministry led by Iron Murati.
According to Law No. 08/L 196 for public sector wages is said among other things;
“Paga is paid monthly through the wage system by transferring tools to personal bank accounts, later on on the last day of the month's work”.
Law not implemented. All this came in because there was no Treasury Director with authority running wages.
Until five days ago this Director worked with Task/credits. This post, which Nysret Koca exercised, has expired with mandate and law does not allow the same decision to be made after it is set.

Article 5. Any decision taken by the task officer, following the deadline set in paragraph 3. This article is illegal.
So...The government has had 12 months.I'll appoint someone as Director General of Treasury, but Didn't make it. and the employees of the state didn't receive their wages, as it was long ago.
What happened today?
Minister Iron Murati, with the aim of unblocking this process, struck the law saw.
The illegal law assigned another task leader to position the Treasury director.
As taught by the media, Jevat Zainullahu was assigned to this position.
The appointment of a new director's counsel in this position was made by violating Article 35 of the Law for Public Officials. This because, nobody can't be assigned taskkeepers for over a year.
“The office/public can't be appointed as a task manager longer than six (6) months. When the position cannot be completed within the six-month term (6), this deadline could last at the most for six (6) more months”It says in paragraph 3 of this law.
Further, the following paragraph of this article shows that paragraph 3 should be respected.
“Free Location cannot be replaced by task manager for the longer term set in paragraph 3. of this article”, it was said in paragraph 4 of Article 25.
Significantly, the government has long been following a practice that is being deemed unwell.
Of the 16 government ministries (including the prime minister's office here), 8 of them are operating with task/replacement advisers.
