Haliti for Daytona Mihali: Unacceptable as an individual without institutional responsibility have the power to decide on the country's vital issues

Through a post in his Facebook account, Haliti has said that “this is a slap on citizens”, until he described as unacceptable the fact that as an institutionally-responsed individual has the power to decide on the country's vital issues.
