The Hajriz family lawyer hands over indictment against Kurti, Bislim, MP Rexha of lawyer Halilaj

Djindjic said the indictment has made it according to him, insults against Faton Hajriz have continued. He said that the word “criminal” was the main reason they were making this indictment.

He said that through the indictment they would ask the atrophyrist to withdraw those words and ask for public forgiveness. While for the statements of Minister Albulen Haxhiu, he said the following days would decide to hand over the indictment.

This indictment has to do with two ministers, the prime minister and an MP, who have used offensive, insulting terms. For the Hajrizi family, this has been heavy.”

“The Government Meeting is supposed to discuss other issues rather than label people with offensive epitites, of course compensation will be required for this”.

Also present was Faton's brother, Artan Hajriz, who sought clarification from lawyer Gazmend Halilaj, to testify to who killed “ <x0 minus1>, the case Faton was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

My brother kept 20 years in prison, and he says I know who killed him. That's why I need someone responsible. He wasn't a criminal”.
