In his account in “Facebook”, Gruda wrote that the report dropped government propaganda for justice reform.
The European Union's report for Kosovo finds the complete failure of reforms in justice and states attacks on judges and prosecutors on the part of the Kosovo government. This report eventually undermines government propaganda on its successes and efforts to blame the opposition for obstructing reforms.
