“A foot bullet” Police Inspector gives details of the police wound

According to the announcement, IPK investigators have been reported today in the morning hours by Kosovo Police for an accidental shooting incident of the firearms at the Yugu Police Station facility in Pristina.

“According to preliminary investigation, it is suspected that as a result of the accident crash, a piece of lead shell has injured a police officer on foot and the same has been transported immediately for medical treatment”, the report said.

In the case, the state prosecutor, who will lead further investigations in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK), has also been announced.

The firearm has been confiscated, while the police official who accidentally caused the shooting has been suspended. IPK investigators are expected to take other investigative actions towards lighting up all circumstances in this case”, the IPKA report reported.
