He emphasises that association is one of the dialogue agreements that have been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly in 2013 and that it should be implemented without delay.
Orar underlines that such a thing is highlighted in the Kosovo Report, until it considers it necessary for Kosovo and Serbia to take steps towards implementing the Brussels Base Agreement and the Ohrid annex, reached in 2023.
The real “is not only this year's report dealing with dialogue, but the previous report has also dealt with dialogue, because Serbia and Kosovo have initially agreed to normalise relations and the European Union is actively facilitating this process. So there is much more to be done, and so many of these obligations are in a mutual agreement that needs to be implemented. It's absolutely clear”, he said of Kosovapress.
Speaking of the future of the dialogue, Orav says the dynamics of this process remain to be seen after the institution of new structures in the European Union.
